1 small onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
3 cloves garlic - pressed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tomato - chopped
1 can dark red kidney beans - drained
1 can pinto(chili) beans - in sauce
1 can white beans - drained
oregano
chili powder
Sautee onion, garlic and green pepper in olive oil 15 min.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer 20 minutes.

Season with oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
 
Tator Tot HotDish
1/2 pkg Boca veggie crumbles (found in the natural foods section of your local grocer)
1 small onion - chopped
1 can Campbells Cream of Celery soup
1 can Campbells Cream of Potato soup
1 cup milk (or soymilk)
1 cup frozen veggies (peas & carrots)
1 bag frozen tator tots
Mix all ingredients (except tator tots) in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Layer tator tots on top.
Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 35 minutes, or until tatot tots are golden brown.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
